UK technology provider Barron McCann has finalized a three-year agreement with Entain to deliver engineering and infrastructure services. The contract covers more than 2,000 high-street locations operating under the Ladbrokes and Coral brands.
Barron McCann won the partnership following a rigorous commercial tender process that included major IT manufacturers and service providers. The Entain evaluation panel selected the company based on its specialized workshop capabilities, engineering innovation, and approach to circular asset management.
Operational Integration and Technology
The transition phase lasted three months and coincided with the operational peak of the FIFA World Cup. The integration utilizes a direct ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow platform link, allowing for real-time fault logging and automated resource scheduling between Entain’s central teams and Barron McCann’s field network.
Sustainability Initiatives
Barron McCann has launched additional pipeline projects focused on sustainability. These initiatives include standardized disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring that legacy components are recycled ethically and traceably in line with corporate environmental goals.
The details of the agreement were disclosed on August 10, 2026.
