E-Service has incorporated ITL’s MyCheckr age estimation system into its UK distribution lineup following recent industry exhibitions. The distributor now supplies AI-driven access control solutions alongside its current equipment range.
The hardware was showcased at the National Convenience Show in Birmingham, The Amusement & Retail Entertainment event in Manchester, and earlier EAG exhibitions in London. ITL senior business development manager Andy Bullock reported that the technology was discussed during regional BACTA meetings, where representatives demonstrated compliance and player protection features.
System Configuration and Staff Management
MyCheckr functions as a standalone terminal for 18+ entry points, while the ICU Lite model integrates with gaming and SCO machines via a standard API. Both units perform anonymous age verification without retaining personal records. Operators monitor access through the MyConnect application, which sends alerts regarding potential underage entries or self-excluded visitors for remote approval or denial.
E-Service has acted as ITL’s UK trading partner since 2004, primarily distributing cash validation equipment such as the NV9 Spectral, Spectral Payout, and NV22 Spectral models. Sales director Paul Scott noted that the recent expansion into age assurance technology builds on the distributor’s current hardware portfolio.
